we will become the first nft that is mergeable. See it as different individual elements of the nft merging into a combined version with all the traits, breeding u get an almost 50/50 or less based on the dominant traits, but merging gives you more sub stats, you get to retain your legend parts
imagine you bring able to merge crab a and b to form c
crab c and c2 to from d1
crab d1 and d2 to from E
i propose a maximum of 3 merges to form a final one. That can bring the total amount of crabs down to 1/6 of current
this merging can also help the game progress for stronger PVE in future path
if merging is proven successful, there is a future for Swimmer ecosystem, whereby crabs can battle other NFTs in the network in an open world style crabverse for even deeper gameplay
And, we as owners get to create a rarer NFT, other than just breeding.
Other game modes to consider
- guild wars
- land with farmable materials, stake crabs for items
- 2.5d open world land ownership where land can be invaded and have to be defended
- pet system, pets which can help to boost stats / heal / defense / attack during battle
- boss pet drops, a 0.1% chance for the boss to drop an egg, each day can only fight 3 times, need tus to fight more, maximum 20 times a day
