This is not an anti-bot feature. You shouldn't be penalizing looters when miners do not reinforce.

The only reason you are suggesting this is because bots are taking all low MR mines which tend to not reinforce. We should be figuring out a way to stop bots instead of trying to play with the points system.

All you end up with is incentivizing people to loot the high MR mines which just confuses how the game is played.
